"Carol has been on our house journey for almost 3 years and we are very grateful for her insight every step of the way. Her guidance and encouragement through this volatile market was most invaluable. When we finally found a house at the price point we wanted, Carol made sure to create a checklist to set expectations. She constantly checked in and did follow-ups with the various parties involved. She even got us back one of our inspection fee since we were unable to turn on the utilities.
